B. Scott sues BET and Viacom for 2.5 million dollars after being forced to misrepresent his brand at the 2013 BET Awards pre-show
Have you all been following the B. Scott controversy that came about during the BET Awards? I have and it’s getting extremely heated to say the least. B. Scott took out a 2.5 million dollar lawsuit against BET and it”s parent company Viacom for “discrimination on the basis of gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation“. B. Scott was asked to change his attire minutes before hosting the Style Stage Red Carpet at this years BET Awards pre-show. After changing into an outfit that was a complete rmisrepresentation of his brand, he was ousted from the show and replaced with Adrienne Bailon. Shady right?

This is a huge mess and I hope B. Scott wins his case against BET. Homophpbia within the Black community needs to end. Two snaps for B. Scott for always remaining true to who he is. People like him are rare!
