“I am gay. I didn’t choose to be gay. Its not something that I would have chosen. Not because its necessarily a bad thing, but because its extremely inconvenient, its stressful, its difficult and it can often be isolating and lonely to be different, to not understood, to feel not accepted.”

This guy is absolutely AMAZING. A Harvard student by the name of Matthew Vines took a two year hiatus to study the bible and its direct bias towards homosexuality. He pointed out six scriptures within the bible that bible thumpers often use to tear down the LGBT community and brainwash new Christians into thinking all gay people are going to hell. His video completely debunks each scripture. Peep the video.

He’s clever, but he’s not without critics. He focuses on those 6 passages, but there are other relevant passages too. The annoying thing is when you read his critics and realise his case is not as solid as he implies.
