So for all of you who buried Target beneath the muck and mire following their announcement that they would not stock Frank Ocean’s new album – which was actually an economic decision as opposed to a prejudiced one – get in to this! Target recently released their first gay wedding registry ad, featuring two males holding hands in all of that pre matrimonial bliss. It’s an adorable advert and rightfully so as gay marriage has brought $259 million to New York in the past year alone. Yeah, we can’t be completely naive no matter how in love the two appear, Target is a business at the end of the day and happens to be after the all mighty dollar so hopefully a string of cute ads like this will help them out.
