Everyone knows I live for a bit of shade.

Well you may or may not know that Kidult is a graffiti artist known for what basically amounts to making a mockery of the fashion industry. It seems he has a special place in his heart for tagging Celine and Louboutin store fronts, and even disfiguring Kate Moss.

Well one of his latest targets was a Marc Jacobs boutique in SoHo. And here comes the gagger. After Kidult used the trendy storefront as a canvas, and the Jacobs employees had to clean it off, the company tipped the odds in their favor. Allowing themselves to be the canvas, Jacobs released the above Art by Art Jacobs tee:

“Available now for $689. Signed by the artist, $680.”

Of course the scruffy artist gets a bit hot under the collar and responds with:

“@MarcJacobsIntl … ??? LET’S PLAY, but we don’t play the same rules!”

Which sounds a lot like “bring it on,” while the Jacobs company can only smirk and say “But babe, it’s already been brought.”
I love it.
